01
A hailstorm just passed through and you can see cracked or chipped panels on the west side of the house.
What we do: Call before you file the claim. We inspect the full exterior, photograph every damaged panel, and give you a written scope you can hand to your adjuster. We can also meet the adjuster on site so nothing gets left out of the estimate.
→ You get a complete damage report and a repair that matches the rest of the wall, usually within a week of the claim being approved.
02
You noticed a soft spot or a stain on the interior wall after a hard rain.
What we do: That is a water infiltration call, and it moves to the front of our schedule. We find the entry point, open the wall if needed, replace any wet sheathing, and re-flash and re-caulk the penetration that failed.
→ The leak stops, the wall dries out, and you avoid the mold and framing repair that follows a slow leak left alone for a season.
03
A panel came loose in a windstorm and is hanging off the wall.
What we do: We treat exposed sheathing as urgent and will tarp or board the opening the same day when weather allows. Permanent repair gets scheduled right behind it, with matching material sourced before we start.
→ Your wall is protected within hours, and the permanent fix happens within days instead of weeks.
04
You are selling the house and the inspection report flagged damaged siding.
What we do: We inspect, document, and repair the flagged areas, then provide a written summary of the work for the buyer. If the damage is widespread enough that repair does not make sense, we will tell you that straight and price a replacement instead.
→ The repair clears the inspection objection and the closing stays on schedule.
05
Your siding is 20 years old and you are not sure whether to repair or replace.
What we do: We inspect the full wall, count how much of it is compromised, and check the sheathing behind the worst sections. If damage is under roughly 30 percent, repair is almost always the better call financially.
→ You get an honest recommendation with numbers behind it, not a sales pitch for a full re-side you do not need.
